CK-MB/cTnI/Myo Fast Test Kit (Immunofluorescence Assay)is intended for use together with Getein1100 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer (Getein1100) OR Getein1600 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer (Getein1600) to quantitatively determine the concentrations of CK-MB/cTnI/Myo in human serum, plasma, or whole blood specimens in Point-of Care and laboratory settings. The test uses the fluorescent conjugated anti-human MB/cTnI/Myo monoclonal antibodies to detect any CK-MB/cTnI/Myo appeared in blood samples. The fluorescence intensity of each test line increases proportionally to the amount of CK-MB/cTnI/Myo in a sample. Then insert test card into Getein1100. The concentration of CK-MB/cTnI/Myo in a sample will be determined and displayed on the screen. The value will be stored in Getein1100 and available for downloading. The result can be easily transmitted to the laboratory or hospital information system
